Ambassador Lounge

An Ambassador Lounge experience at the Phoenix Theatre will make your trip to the theatre even more special. With a range of packages available including for children, there’s something for all theatregoers!

Access

The Phoenix Theatre is committed to providing access for all theatregoers. We aim to achieve this by providing great facilities for access customers and ensuring our staff are on hand to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. You’ll also find a number of access performances throughout the year so everyone can enjoy the magic of live theatre.

Security

The Phoenix Theatre continues to make the safety and security of its customers and staff a priority. As such, please bear in mind that we may undertake bag checks, so recommend you leave extra time to avoid queues, and refrain from bringing suitcases, rucksacks and large bags into the Theatre. Many thanks for your cooperation.

Lost property

During a performance, all lost property found is held at the podium situated within the main foyer. After this time, please use this form to report a lost item.

Please note that the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

Cloakroom

The Phoenix Theatre cloakroom does not currently accept coats, only suitcases, heavy bags, rucksacks and pushchairs. A left luggage facility is available at Charing Cross station. Please note that the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings. The cloakroom opens an hour before the show.

Opening Times

The Phoenix Theatre doors open an hour and a half before the show. During that time you can enjoy our bars, purchase merchandise and confectionery and use the cloakroom.

Bar

There are three fully licensed bars in the Phoenix Theatre. In the stalls there is ​The Phoenix Icons Bar​ where you can celebrate our past hit productions with stunning photos of shows gone by.

The Dress Circle features ​The Rock​ for you to start your journey to Newfoundland by joining in the fun at ​The Rock Bar​. Stick a pin on our world map or even ​Kiss The Fish. Up in the Grand Circle, we have the ​Foyer Bar​. Find out more about the Phoenix Theatre’s food and drink.

Merchandise

Official show merchandise is available to purchase before and after the show, and during the interval from kiosks in the Main Foyer, Stalls and Grand Circle levels.

All purchases made at the theatre must be made using credit/debit cards only.

Toilets

The Phoenix Theatre has both male and female toilets on each level as well as accessible facilities in Dress Circle. The accessible toilet is on the Dress Circle level in the Royal Room. There are no steps to this toilet from the accessible entrance on Flitcroft Street. Learn more about our accessibility.

WiFi

Phoenix Theatre Guest Wi-fi is available in the venue for customers to connect to and enjoy free internet access. However, phones should always be switched off for the duration of the performance.
