Ambassador Lounge

A delightful, exclusive lounge area that can be enjoyed pre-show and during the interval. Add the VIP experience to your visit by pre-booking into our Ambassador Lounge and enjoy a show with bespoke service.

Accessibility

The Phoenix Theatre is committed to providing access for all. We aim to achieve this by providing great facilities for access customers and ensuring our staff are on hand to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. You’ll also find several access performances scheduled throughout the year.

Security

The Phoenix Theatre continues to make the safety and security of its customers and staff a priority. As such, please bear in mind that we undertake bag checks, so recommend you leave extra time to avoid queues, and refrain from bringing suitcases, rucksacks and large bags into the Theatre. Many thanks for your cooperation.

Lost property

During a performance, all lost property found is held at the podium situated within the main foyer. After this time, please use this form to report a lost item.

Please note that the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

Cloakroom

The Phoenix Theatre cloakroom does not currently accept coats, only suitcases, heavy bags, rucksacks and pushchairs, with a charge of £1 for small items or £2 for larger items.
A left luggage facility is available at Charing Cross station.

The cloakroom opens an hour and a half before show times.

Opening Times

The Phoenix Theatre doors open an hour and a half before the show starts, during which time you can enjoy our bars, purchase merchandise and confectionery and use the cloakroom.
Our Charing Cross Road Foyer Café is open to the public Mon-Thursday 09:00-17:00, serving a selection of delicious hot and cold beverages, as well as sweet and savoury snacks.

Bar

The Phoenix Theatre has five bars located in the Stalls, Dress Circle, Grand Circle, Phoenix Street Foyer and Charing Cross Road Foyer, as well as kiosks for snacks and merchandise. You can order in person, or you can skip the queues by using our Delivered at Seat Service.

Merchandise

Official Stranger Things merchandise is available to purchase before and after the show, as well as during the interval, from every bar space.

Toilets

The Phoenix Theatre has toilets on every level as well as accessible facilities in the Charing Cross Road Foyer and at the rear of the Dress Circle.

Phoenix Theatre Guest Wi-fi is available in the venue for customers to connect to and enjoy free internet access. However, phones should always be switched off for the duration of the performance.
